Since the early 1970s Robyn Kahukiwa has been painting and exhibiting art that celebrates the Maori experience in Aotearoa New Zealand.

John Casey - Silver Image Photography
John Casey has photographed many of Robyn Kahukiwas' artwork over the last twenty years
In 1990 he established Silver Image Photography based in Greytown in the South Wairarapa region. His recent projects include a feature article in the July/August 2006 issue of New Zealand Geographic magazine titled "A Tale of Two Islands the Dispossess Bananbans of Rabi".
Andreas spent many hours at Tapu Te Ranga capturing its beauty. A special thank you to him for giving his time and photographing the many facets of the marae. The essence of Tapu Te Ranga shows through in his work and has enabled others to share it via this website.
Ruth and Andy of Flipperwing Ltd are proud to have worked with Bruce on creating this website. Flipperwing Ltd is a strong advocate of Open Source Technologies and have used the Joomla! content management system to give Tapu Te Ranga Marae a web prescence. The creation and collaboration of this site and it's continuing development has been done in the true spirit of open source and Tapu Te Ranga Marae - a sharing of knowledge, information, skills, learning and ideas.
