Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!

My 5 day stay at the Marae with the lifehack crew was truly lifechanging. We were so generously welcomed and cared for. I went home deeply inspired to foster a similar culture of care in my own flat.... The mornings were my favorite!---waking up early to the sound of birds, lighting the fire and drinking a cup of tea... So peaceful!

The food was incredible! I want to come back and do a cooking apprenticeship!

The conversation that we had has been ringing in my ears! (Maybe my fiddle-tune is ringing in yours!!)....i keep hearing

'your heart is where your feet are'!!!

It makes me stop and make sure that i am living what i believe right now, wether that be building a Marae or being resourceful with small pieces of scrap paper!!

Lots of love
and until next time!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! What an amazing place to stay to kick off our journey on Lifehack Labs! So well looked after and so rich in real stories, real life and real people. Looking forward to staying again in the future. Thank you.

It's hard to put into words just how special our time was at Tapu Te Ranga Marae. As a group coming together for the first time, te Marae provided the most welcoming, warm environment we could have wished for. The food was AMAZING! Absolutely beautiful kai for 5 days... what a treat. Thank you so much to Bruce, Halema, Michael and all of the Tapu Te Ranga whanau for taking such good care of us.
Charlotte & the Lifehack crew.

Kia Ora Bruce, Halima, and whanau,

Thank you for a fantastic welcome and for all your hospitality. The Tapu Te Ranga Marae experience was the perfect way to kickstart Lifehack Labs' youth wellbeing project. It was so great to get a chance to immerse ourselves in the rich traditions and history of the place. And as always, Halima, we are dying to enjoy more of your amazing meals :)

What and amazing an spiritual place. My sincere thanks for having us in your whare when we attended the our kapa haka practices few weeks ago. It gave us a chance to catch up with other colleagues and friends. I enjoyed our time there and the food was delicious. Thanks again for your warm hospitality.

Kia Ora Bruce ,Halima, Pare and whanau,

We just want to say a huge thank you for making our experience at Tapu te Ranga so special and memorable. It was a fantastic way to start our international conference. The powhirii, your and Pares korero and the beautiful kai and overall experience were very special both for the delegates and us. For lots of them it was their first time on a marae. The feeling created on that first day extended throughout the entire conference. We are very grateful to you all. Nga mihi nui, Anna.

My apologies for not sending this to you sooner. I visited your marae with a film team some time ago, and wanted to thank you for your hospitality, kindness, and gift of time. You are special people with a special vision and I wish you good health and all the very best. God's blessings!

What an amazing experience at Tapu te Ranga. Our organisation uses it for bicultural development and I think it was a perfect choice. It doesnt look like a traditional marae, so it was comfortable practising traditions and protocols there, but still being able to learn about, and experience the spirit of a marae.
The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, always conscious of our needs, and the food, the food is amazing!! Awesome marae experience, and I hope to be back again next year.
